Nomad Wash and Detail called me back promptly after I contacted them through their website, beat a quote that I had from a terrible company, and was at my house at the scheduled time. Nomad Wash and Detail took very good care of me and made my 2017 Ford Expedition shine.

The following is an incident that led me to Nomad Wash and Detail, and is not a review of this fantastic company. Just sharing my experience with All American Mobile Detailing (Never use them)

On 9/14/23 I scheduled an interior detailing with All American Mobile Detailing for 9/20/23 between 8 and 9am. I received a call at approximately 9am stating the detailer was en route to my house. At 10:04 am, I called the business to see where this person was, the call taker said she would find someone to detail my car and would call me back. At 11:00 I had to call again, as no one had returned my call or updated me on a timeframe. I spoke with a different call taker this time, and when I asked for a refund she put me on hold to "find someone to detail my vehicle". When I was taken off hold after 15 minutes, I asked to speak to a manager. The call taker stated "the manager is too busy to take calls" and informed me that if I wanted a refund it would take between 10 and 15 days. I asked to have the manager call me back. At 12:30 I called again asking to speak to a manager... I was on hold for 5 and a half hours! I have filed a complaint with the better business bureau and have disputed this charge through my credit company.

The following day All American Mobile Detailing refused to have a manager contact me, instead I was texted by the payments department stating my refund had been issued and would be processed in 3 to 5 business days and they sent me an email. I responded, informing them that I had already disputed the charges on my credit card and filed a complaint, the following is the exact message they sent me. "Thank you for your transparency Mr. Anthony. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. I am however, from the payments department and issued your refund when the request came through in the system. We understand this can be frustrating and again apologize for the inconvenient wait. Rest assured your refund was handled in a timely manner, was submitted and should return to your card in the next few days. We do however humbly ask to please revert any disputes filed as it does not only affect the company as a whole but the great families who work behind the scenes. If you have any questions please feel free to reach out."

They even had the nerve to give me a $20 coupon attached to that email, to try them again....Hell no.

Holy sparkle!  Nomad Wash and Detail has a magic wand. Cliff was extremely pleasant and informative on the phone. Andrew came out to our house this morning and used his magic and turned our 2009 Mercedes Coachhouse Motorhome into a brand new sparkly coach. I recently had the pleasure of hiring a car detailing professional to wash my car at my home, and I couldn't be more pleased with the results. The technician arrived on time and was extremely courteous and professional throughout the entire process. He was meticulous in his work, taking great care to thoroughly wash, wax, and detail every inch of my car, both inside and out. The result was a car that looked as good as new, with a stunning shine and a spotless interior.
